Improve Memory with Rosemary Inhaling rosemary is proven to improve cognitive performance. Rosemary naturally stimulates and enlivens. Improve your focus while you’re working by keeping some rosemary essential oil in your desk and take a whiff when you start to feel like you’re dragging. Add a drop to your body lotion in the morning to get your blood flowing and help you stay energized throughout the day.

Sleep Soundly with LavenderLavender essential oil benefits include relieving feelings of restlessness and disturbed sleep. It also regulates serotonin levels. Place a drop of either lavender or roman chamomile on your pillow to help you drift off to dreamland. This oil contains a high concentration of limonene, an organic solvent that can remove excess oil. To make a soft scrub, mix 3 Tbsp. unscented liquid Castile soap, 1 cup baking soda, and 15 drops lemon essential oil.
